Last week I was able to go help with a field trip that Ethan went on. We went to the local gymnastics center and they were able to rock climb on the climb wall. It was a lot of fun for Ethan. He said, "Mom, if I like it, maybe it can be my new hobby." He loved it, so maybe it will be his new hobby.
This is the line they were able to walk on to practice balance.
These were fun to balance on too. Ethan was really good at this even when I tried to push him off :)
Good 'ol tug of war.

Ethan's first climb. He got to the point where the wall slanted out and he decided he wanted to come down.
Ethan's second climb.
He got to this box and turned and stared at us. He started chewing the collar of his shirt, so I knew he was nervous. He told us he was done and wanted to come down. That's what happens when you look down.

Way to go Ethan! You are a stud!
What a fun gymnastics center! I wish we had one like this close to us here in Montreal - my girls would love it! I went to email you back about the autism post, but your email wasn't in your profile. Here's my email - and I'll reply to yours with that information! Thanks for your comments and I'll get back to you ASAP!
