Trimming The Tree

Last Monday we got the Christmas tree out of storage.
Everyone helping to separate the branches.

We got a real tree for a few years then realized that I really am allergic to them. With our fake tree we save money, don't have to clean up the mess, and we can all help put it together. It's all part of the fun!

Lexi helping put the bulbs on the tree. This was the first year she was old enough to know what was going on. She loved helping out.

All three kids in their jammies helping to decorate the tree.

It's a good thing there's someone tall in the house to help out!

I always love how many ornaments are at the bottom of the tree. It makes me happy to see the bottom of the tree looking so decorated!

This year it was Kalin's turn to put the topper on the tree and she was so excited!

Our beautiful family decorated tree! I just love all the memories we create setting up this tree each year!

Beautiful tree you have, our FHE tomorrow is to decorate our fake tree. This is our first year of a fake tree and I am acutally liking it which I never EVER thought I would. But I love how clean it is, there is no watering required and you can leave it up as long as you want without it dieing. I might get pine scented air fresheners just to make life MORE FAKE! But it is great!
Love your cute little fam and the traditions you have!

I love that first picture, it looks like a palm tree. It turned out great. I need a family tree the kids can help more with. I'm too protective of MY tree.
