I Hate to Say Goodbye

For those of you who've ever had a good friend that you've had to say good-bye to, you know what I mean. These pics are from our good-bye lunch with Kenzie last Friday.

Kenzie is off to another grand adventure in her life and we're SO going to miss her!! She has been such a great friend and I'm so glad that she came to live in our neighborhood, even if it was only for a short time. We had so many good times at Applebees and I know they love us over there--hearing our great stories and wishing we'd leave so they could clean our table and close for the night. It's so great when you have friends that you can hang out with and be yourself around, Kenzie is that type of friend.

Thanks Kenzie for getting me hooked on some of the guilty pleasure in life, like nice purses and cute shoes :) I hope that you enjoy your new city and the city life for all of us small towners! Chris will be so happy because you'll have so much time now that you won't have your crazy friends scheduling your life with all the "at-home" parties, girls' nights out, cannery apts, BUNCO, oh yeah and COCOA PARTIES!

Hurry up and set up a blog, so we can see you all the time! We'll see you at Applebees next time you're back in town :)

By the way, the rest of you aren't allowed to move away!! I don't know how many times in my life I can handle my friends moving away! ;)

Thanks Dacia. We will all miss her. Will you send me the pics of the luncheon. She was like a sister to me. We live in such a great area I feel blessed everyday to have such great friends.

you just gotta stop making friends, then you don't care if they move away! Just playing! You not make friends, impossible! You're just too lovable! Shoot, I wish I could be your friend:(

Funny you should do this. I have a post saved about saying good-bye to Kenzie but just can't bring myself to publish it. It just won't be the same without her. We do need to talk about a coco party however. : )
