Every once and awhile we try to have a special outing with one of the kids. Kalin and Matthew had a day out last week, so I thought it would be fun to take Ethan out.
The last few times we've been to the movies we saw the previews for the movie "Oceans" and Ethan was more than excited for it to come out.
We knew the opening day was on Earth day, so Ethan and I decided to go see the movie on that day. It was a school night, but you gotta stay up late every once and awhile :)
We both loved the movie. It was so awesome to see the vastness of the oceans and all the fun creatures out in the deep blue.Ethan's favorite part was when the crab got his pincher pulled off because he was trying to trespass on another creatures home.
My favorite part was when the Blue Whales were feeding in Alaska. It was an amazing scene. Those are some massive animals.
It was so fun to have a special day out with Ethan. Love that kid!!

What a great thing to do with the kids. Todd and I want to incorporate kid/parent date nights with our kids too. I am sure Ethan just loved it. You are a good example of a mother!
