Christmas Traditions

Every year one of our favorite family Christmas traditions is to eat Italian food on Christmas. This year Matthew cooked on Christmas Eve instead of Christmas because we were leaving town. He made us homemade sauce, meatballs, pork ribs (in the sauce), spinach fritatta, stuffed artichokes & chicken cutlets. It was all SO yummy! Matthew spends most of the day cooking and we get to eat all that yummy food. We're so lucky to have him! We're hoping when the kids get older they'll learn how to cook it all too! Then Matthew can take a break!

Matthew happily cooking. We're so glad that he loves to cook! These are stuffed artichokes. They are stuffed with Romano cheese and bread crumbs. One of my favorite things to eat!!
There's no holding back when it comes to Matthew's sauce!
Just had to take a picture of the sauce to get your taste buds going!
The family eating! This was the best picture that I took. Even though Matthew doesn't look too thrilled, it's probably because I was interrupting his meal!
